PARKING

There is on-street metered parking with restrictions & charges applicable Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.
During these times you will need to park in a Pay & Display zone (nearest is Frayne Road).
The first 30 mins is free after which it's £1 per hour, up to 3 hours.
After 5pm & at the weekends on-street parking is free & available right outside the property.

Payment Policy

Full payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
All bookings are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please note, for NON-REFUNDABLE room rates if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
